Delete your Sakuranya account and data

You can delete your online data at any time, with or without the app.

Step 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Sakuranya and tap Profile on the home screen.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete my online data and confirm.

Everything our server keeps about you is deleted at once: your player id and friend code, your chosen name and look, your stats, friends, friend requests and blocks, your leaderboard entries, your cloud save, the link to your Google account, and the purchase records our server keeps to give you your items. The game keeps working on your phone as a guest. Your progress on the phone itself stays until you uninstall the app.

Step 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

1. Write to [email protected] from any email address, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your friend code (shown on your profile in the game).
3. We delete the same data as in Step 1 within 7 days and write back when it is done.

We never store your email address, so we can't find your data from your email alone. If you signed in with Google but no longer know your friend code, install the game, sign in with the same Google account, and use Step 1.

What is kept

• Nothing from your online data stays after deletion, except in server backups, which are replaced within 30 days.
• Short server log lines (for example match results and reports that mention your name) expire on their own within 30 days.
• Google Play keeps its own record of anything you bought, under Google's rules. Items you bought can be restored later with "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Google Play account.
• Ads in the game come from Google AdMob. Advertising data is covered by Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
